Return & Exchanges: We will gladly exchange or credit your propeller purchase. However, we reserve the right to deny any return or purchase through our website due to reasons of fraud, malice, trickery, unfair practices, lying, cheating, stealing, or any customer trying to be a jerk. We are good folks and we treat our customers right, so please do the same to us. We’re happy when you’re happy and we’ll do our best so you can get back on the water. Returns are subject to a restocking charge of 30%.
Incorrect: If the prop you purchased is not correct… meaning you’re not getting the RPMs expected or similar performance issue, we’ll work with you to get it right so you can get back on the water. The time frame between when the prop was purchased and when you’re trying to return it (within 30-days), the condition of the propeller (it can’t be damaged or heavily used), and other reasonable factors like the propeller being returned in the original new box help qualify your return. If one or more of these criteria is not met, your return may be denied.
Return item as Used: If you’ve tested the propeller and you’re returning it because it’s not performing as expected in accordance with the parameters outlined above, we don’t consider it used. If you’ve been using the propeller and attempt to return it in breech of the parameters outlined above, we will likely consider it used. We don’t accept the return of used propellers.
If you need to return a propeller we recommend you use ShipTime to send the propeller back to us. The cost of shipping is solely the customer’s responsibility.
